Ola Electric Mobility shares jump 16% after the company launches three electric bike models

Following their market launch, shares of Ola Electric Mobility, India’s top two-wheeler electric maker, kept rising. The stock increased by 16% in this morning’s early session, hitting ₹128.30 per share.

This increase comes just one day after the company introduced three new electric bike models—the Roadster Pro, Roadster and Roadster X—with starting pricing of ₹74,999, ₹1,04,999 and ₹1,99,999, respectively, to enter the two-wheeler motorbike market.

The company also revealed that starting in Q1 FY26, its cells will be included in its own vehicles. The company also showcased MoveOS 5, the newly designed Gen-3 platform and the locally manufactured Bharat 4680 cell and battery pack during Ola’s annual launch event, Sankalp 2024, which took place on August 15, 2024, at its Future factory in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
