VVIP Infratech makes stellar market debut at 90% premium on BSE SME platform

The share price of VVIP Infratech debuted brilliantly on the BSE SME today. The opening price of VVIP Infratech shares today was Rs 176.70, which is 90% more than the Rs 93 issue price.

VVIP Infratech’s initial public offering (IPO) was priced between Rs 91 and Rs 93 per share, with a Rs 10 face value. In addition to the minimum of 1,200 shares, multiples of 1,200 shares were also open to bidding. The VVIP Infratech IPO subscription period lasted from Tuesday, July 23, to Thursday, July 25. On the final day of bidding, the VVIP Infratech IPO subscription status was 236.92 times.

Infrastructure project planning, development, and construction are the primary operations of the company VVIP Infratech. Water tanks,  sewer treatment plants, sector development, Jal Jeewan Mission work, electrical distribution and substations up to 33 KVA are among the projects that fall under this category.

The VVIP Infratech IPO, worth Rs 61.21 crore, includes a new issuance of 6,582,000 equity shares having a face value of Rs 10.
